這本小刊物內容是一個幻想在海邊與親愛的H一起的回憶。只不過一切都是幻想，幻想著與親愛的H一起經歷過這些，但主角不知道，直到最後才發現其實一直都只有自己。一個不曾與親愛的H在海邊的回憶，於是這本刊物怕水，是一本無法被帶去海邊的書。水性的墨水印製在油性紙材的表面，滴到水影像變會化開，這些回憶就慢慢地糊掉。
This zine is about an imaginary memory with Dear H. by the beach. Its an imaginary fantasy, yet the reader does not know. At the end we realized that there is no other than just myself, H. The memory is by the beach. yet this zine is terrified of water, a booklet that cannot be taken to the sea. The images are printed with water based ink on top of tracing paper, which is oil based. Therefore, when the booklet gets wet, the images will dissolve in water and spread the ink out metaphorically like blurry memories.
